Coaching and Hypnotherapy for Creatives and Entrepreneurs
“Rule of thumb: The more important a call or action is to our soul’s evolution, the more Resistance we will feel toward pursuing it.”
You may have a mentor, a business coach/consultant who has given you guidance on specific steps and goals to help you with your vision, or you already know the steps you need to take. The trouble is, you’re just not taking those steps, or you’re trying to, but it’s feeling unnatural and very slow. You find yourself procrastinating, hesitating and that’s when you start to feel doubtful and anxious. You compare yourself to your peers who are out there ‘doing it’ and there’s a feeling that you’re blocked in some way.
As a Coach and Clinical hypnotherapist for Creatives and Entrepreneurs, I am passionate about helping you to overcome any blockers, confidently showcase your talent and make your dreams a reality- becoming your very best self in the process.
I believe that walking a creative and entrepreneurial path is the best self development course you could ever attend!
Learning how to harness the power of your mind, heart, body and Soul is a transformational experience and skill for life – something that is not taught in schools or university (although it really should be!)
I have over twelve years experience as an integrative therapist combining coaching, psychotherapy, NLP and hypnotherapy helping Creatives and entrepreneurs internationally to reach the next level. I will help you to make lasting changes in your confidence, energy levels, self-belief and I will help you to manage your time more effectively.
